- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Associates Industries, North Hollywood, CA for the following items: Distribution Box, P/N J-1077AU (QTY 30 EA); 125 Ea Radio Control Group, P/N AN/GRA-39B (QTY 125 EA); Switchboard, P/N SB22A/PT (QTY 16 EA); Telephone set, P/N TA-838A/TT (QTY 102 EA); Field Telephone Set, P/N TA-312A/PT (QTY 266 EA); Cable Assembly with RC-435 P/N CX4566A/G250FT (QTY 60 EA); Cable Assembly P/N CX-4760A/U-25FT (QTY 6 EA). Delivery date is 120 days ADO. FOB Destination. The authority for this sole source action is U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implement by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency?s requirement. Associates Industries is the Orignal Equipment Manufacturer of the Table of Allowance (TOA) approved existing Wire Equipment and associated components. The required equipment must be form, fit and functionally compatible with existing equipment. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of Government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. The applicable NAICS code is 334210, and the size standard of 1000 employees. See Note 22.
