Description

This project is for janitorial services of the North Bend Compound, Snoqualmie Ranger District. Work areas include a main office (approx 3000 sq ft), Fire/Public Services Office (approx 1200 sq ft), conference center (approx 2500 sq ft), engineer's Office (approx 1109 sq ft). The intent is to award a contract for services for the base year with two options years. The North Bend Compound is located at 42404 SE North Bend Way, North Bend, WA. To reach the compound, travel east on I-90 to exit #31 to North Bend, turn left at the stop sign, proceed to the stop light on North Bend Way and turn right. The ranger station is located approx 1/2 miles past the city center on the left. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about August 31, 2006. Estimated start work date is on or about October 1, 2006. Contract period is from October 1st to September 30th of each year.
