Solicitation: VA-528-06-RQ-0054 Title: Automatic Blood Gas System (Bath) NAICS Code: 811219 (Medical/surgical equipment repair and maintenance) Small Business Level: $6.5 million Sources Sought for the Following: The VA Healthcare System, VISN 2, at our Bath, NY facility has a need for preventative maintenance to be performed on a government-owned multi-test automatic blood gas system. This service will include the furnishing of all tools, labor and materials. This contract will be effective 10/1/06-9/30/07. Sources must be a small business as per the above Small Business Level guideline, and must provide PM stickers and vendor competency certificate. Equipment: Equipment to be serviced is as follows: One (1) Government-owned multi-test automatic blood gas system, computerized model no. NPT7, Serial #147R0047N007. EE# 142134. Equipment is located in Inhalation Therapy Section, BLDG. No. 76 at VA Medical Center, Bath, NY.
