- This is an unfunded requirement pending the availability of funds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2ETGT6216A100 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-09. This acquisition is to be FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION WITH NO SET ASIDES. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423320. The SB size standard for this code is 100 employees. DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: 403-Ton dry plaster sand (meeting ASTM C144 specifications; moisture content of material must be less than 1%, must be supplied in 2500lb bags, Qty: 323 bags. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
