- Buckley Air Force Base, CO has a brand name or equal requirement to provide radio auto tuning analyzer and software able to perform automatic tuning for Motorola radios. The upcoming RFQ and technical data will be available on the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will be available on or about 9 August 06. The written RFQ will close on or about 23 August 2006 with an anticipated award date of 1 September 2006. The proposed requirement will be a Total Small Business set aside (Numbered Note 1), brand Name or equal for the following General Dynamics C4 Systems items: R2670B-HI, Performance Programmable Spectrum Analyzer; CM701, Conventional Hardware Module; CM707-AES, Encryption Module; CM708-DES, Encryption Module; CM713-P25, Encryption Software; CM714, Tuning Software; RLN4502A ? R2670, Service Plan; RVN5016-XTS-3000 and XTS-5000 Auto Test Software, and RVN5026 Astro and Astro plus Auto Test Software. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition will be accomplished utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed price type contract. Basis of award will be the evaluation factors as stated in FAR 52.212-2. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/) Contractors must submit their representation and certification at the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA). (See Internet site: http://orca.bpn.gov) The awardee will be required to submit their invoice via WAWF (See Internet Site: http://www.wawftraining.com. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting form this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard is 334220, 750 employees.
