Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide a unique, deployable (up to 7.62mm capable) shoot house facade complex. This Deployable Mobile Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) Kit will provide a realistic and challenging Urban Operations traini ng area not currently available le in the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) Area of Operations. The Mobile MOUT Kit must have easily replaceable components designed to endure difficult firing and weather conditions. These facilities should be co mposed of materials which will not be susceptible to extreme degradation during harsh German winter conditions. This facade complex is essential for the conduct of rotational urban operations live firing and will be capable of containing 5.56mm ball and 7 .62mm ball ammunition within the facade walls. The deployable compound will facilitate future rotational live fire maneuver training and provide a realistically designed urban component. The US Government has determined that the 36' X 16' Facility manufac tured by Range Systems meets its basic requirements and will be the Brand Name or equal base standard. All offers must be able to easily connect to existing Range System facilities. No offers that utilize Vulcanized Rubber as a prime component will be ac cepted due to the harsh weather conditions in Germany. Quantity: 2 complete kits Estimated value is $500,000.00
