- This is a notice of intent to procure a single source contract with ULTRAX, Inc., 1141 SE Broadway, Lees Summit MO 64081 for 2 Each UxValidator, Stab/SAS System Test, including all necessary cabling and software, NSN: 6625-01-529-3346. This system will be used for performing Stabilator, SAS I and SAS 2 systems and Stabilitator Amplifier diagnostics and alignment on the UH60 helicopter. The contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.301(a) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satis fy Agency Requirements . ULTRAX is the only manufacturer of this item and this configuration is required by CECOM for all Stab/SAS UxValidators. If someone other than ULTRAX, Inc. believes they have the capability of providing these proprietary items, provide in writing specific qualifications.
