Description: The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, intends to competitively acquire two types of Cargo Bed Covers (CBC), both in Sand and Camouflage. The two types of the HVASC ar e Type III and IV, including 3 different mounting kits for both types of the CBCs. The Type III CBC is intended for use on the 2 ? ton Cargo Truck, Model Number M35A2; 2 ? ton Lightweight Medium Tactical Vehicle (LMTV), Model Number M1078; and 2 ? ton LMT V Trailer, Model Number M1082. The Type IV CBC is intended for use on the 5 ton Cargo Truck, Model Number M923; 5 ton Medium Tactical Vehicle (MTV), Model Number M1083; and 5 ton MTV Trailer, Model Number M1095. The Government anticipates a single award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements contract consisting of a two-year (2) Base Ordering Period and three (3) one-year Ordering Periods for a total of five (5) years duration. Estimated quantities over the life of the contract are approximately 340 CB Cs and 420 Mounting Kits. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336212 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement will be Full and Open competition.
