SOLICITATION: 301816Q346 PROJECT TITLE: Construction & Paving a Parking Lot and Driveway PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Genoa National Fish Hatchery, Genoa Wisconsin PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of: Construction and paving of a 12,326 SF parking lot and driveway to include: excavation, removal of existing asphalt, regarding, preparing and compacting base material for asphalt surfacing, laying, and compacting bituminous asphalt, stripping, installing signage and wood guardrail, and seeding ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is issued as unrestricted under the SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM, PUBLIC LAW 100-656, AND IS NOT SET-ASIDE EXCLUSIVELY FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, All other Specialty Trade Contractors, $13 Million Dollars. The Solicitation (RFQ) package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on approximately September 1, 2006 with Quotes due on or about September 14, 2006. A Hard copy of the RFQ Package will not be mailed unless specifically requested. The Solicitation package includes: A scope of work, drawings, and a wage determination.
