- The purpose of this amendment is to change the response date from Aug 21, 2006, to read Aug 24, 2006. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NGA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 448190 with a small business size standard of $5M. Solicitation number is HM157506T0014. Winter Weather Gear/Uniforms are required for the guards at this agency. Quote is to include pricing for the following 5 line items. This requirement will not be split ? all or none. Evaluation criteria ? price and delivery. Required delivery of outerwear 30-45 days ARO. Products to be delivered to 3838 Vogel Road, MS L-26, Arnold, MO 63010. Items, Sizes are estimated at this time. The vendor who receives the award must perform fittings for up to 100 individuals to be performed at 3200 S. 2d Street, St. Louis MO 63118. Fittings will be conducted on two different dates (at 0700 and 1300 hrs each date). In addition one makeup date will be required (time TBD) to complete fittings. All dates for fitting will be established after the order is awarded. Quoted prices of the individual line items need to include fitting cost. The mix of sizes for each of the line items will be changed after the fitting is complete and prices of these line items will also change as applicable. 0001 Featherweight Reversable Raincoat, (Black/Yellow) -BLAUER Number 26990-53 or equal, (sizes ?
