Description

Trail construction and reconstruction on the Umpqua National Forest; Work sites include Warm Springs Falls Trail No. 1499, approximately 83 miles east of Roseburg, Oregon and Parker Falls Trail No. 1415, approximately 30 miles east of Cottage Grove, Oregon; Work includes excavation, clearing and grubbing, gabions, bridge, fence and surfacing. This project includes separately priced option items for accoutrements. Desired project completion date is September 1, 2007; This is a Request For Quotations; in addition to price proposals, offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; The project magnitude is in the range between $25,000 and $100,000.
