Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the creation of a 10'x20' Exhibit Booth, prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is: DOJ-APG-6-T-043 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-9. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business and falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classification 339950 (size standard 500 emp). This solicitation is for the procurement of the following, for the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Exhibit Booth Event from July 27-29, 2006. The Exhibit Booth MUST be on site no later than July 19, 2006: 1. Hardware, parts, components and connectors to assembly a 10’x20’ exhibit booth with the flexibility to break it down to two (2) 10’ x 10’ booths. The assembly must be completed with no tools or no more that one tool. 2. Frame should be seven (7) sided to accommodate seven (7) Dye sub fabric banners. 3. Banner materials will be fabric weight and use an exchange system that allows us to change and break down easily. 4. Seven (7) Telescoping halogen lights that attach to the top of the exhibit frame. 5. Two (2) Key board counters that attach to frame and can be adjusted to height. 6. Four (4) Literature holders that attach to frame and can be adjusted to height. 7. Two (2) Flat screen monitor mounts. 8. One (1) 70” Header Hardware w/Graphic. Artwork to be provided by COPS 9. One (1) Custom circle Table w/case 10. Transporter cases. Vendor MUST be able to make the COPS’ Exhibit deadline of July 19, 2006. Vendor MUST be able to meet with COPS’ personnel to make sure they are on COPS’ production schedule. Vendor shall provide training to COPS employees on how to assemble the booth. Vendor shall provide COPS with a warranty on parts and labor. Vendor shall make in good faith a valid effort to seek out the most cost-effective way to ship the product. INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS - All Quotes should be submitted and shall contain all of the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER; AND EMAIL ADDRESS OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; DETAILED PRICING, AND ANY DISCOUNT TERMS. All Offerors MUST also submit a completed copy of the following Provisions at FAR 52.204-3 TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION; 52.219-1 SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM REPRESENTATIONS; and Company DUNS Number (FAR 52.204-6). All Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. If above items are available on Offeror’s GSA Schedule, Offeror shall provide their GSA Schedule Number and Expiration Date. Offerors that fail to furnish the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. EVALUATION/AWARD: The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible Lowest Offeror. ALL OFFERORS MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR).
