Items shall be shipped so that they arrive on the 1st business day of each month /quarter (October, January, April & July). Note that item 0001 to be shipped November 2006. (see Section B to determine if items are to be shipped monthly or quarterly) • All items are to have a minimum 6-month shelf life from date of receipt and shall have the same lot numbers. • All items received are to be certified for use (where applicable) in US based hospitals.
