Solicitation: VA-528-06-RQ-0058 Title: Preventative Maintenance/Calibration NAICS Code: 811219 (Medical/surgical equipment repair and maintenance) Small Business Level: $6.5 million Sources Sought for the Following: The VA Healthcare system, VISN 2, at our Bath, NY facility has a need for preventative maintenance on several pieces of equipment. This preventative maintenance is to include calibration, cleaning, and inspection for all below listed equipment. Sources must be a small business as per the above Small Business Level guideline, and must provide PM stickers and vendor competency certificate. This contract is to include all tools, labor, materials, telephone assistance, and transportation charges with preventative maintenance to be performed during the months of February and August of 2007. The service agreement will run for the period of October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. Work is to be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. Upon completion of repair, field technicians will be required to deliver a completed service report to the facility's Bio Med department.
