Description

Kitchen Renovation, Quarters #13, Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project consists of renovating the existing 1970s style kitchen in the historical Quarters #13 at Offutt AFB, NE. The area is approximately 500 SF and work will include the ceiling, flooring, kitchen casework and all associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. The following general construction disciplines will be required for this project: carpenter, electrician, plumber, HVAC and general laborers. The estimated performance period is 120 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under the solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award.
