- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Sub-part 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1S2AA6203A100. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20060808. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333999; Small Business size standard is 500 employees. All GSA and Non-GSA vendors are encouraged to participate in this solicitation. The requirement is to purchase THREE of each of the following listed vehicle extrication equipment: 363R168 Hurst 5hp Honda Gas Power Unit (or equal), MOCII Hurst Cutter Tool (or equal), ML-28 Spreader (Hurst Defender) (or equal), 30C Hurst Ram (or equal), 30? Green Hydraulic Hose, 30? Blue Hydraulic Hose, Ram Hurst Extension Kit (or equal), and ONE CSI 2000 Confined Space Rescue Kit with pw talk (or equal).
