Description

Construct pre-engineered barracks for the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC), Fort Benning, Georgia. Work includes, but not limited to obtaining field measures to determine correct dimensions and structural support requirements in accordance with (IAW) accepted local, state and federal building practices. Construction is to include site prep, installation of building, utilities hookup, canopies, sidewalks, under penning, decks, landings with steps, and landscaping. This is a firm-fixed price constructio n type contract. Performance period is 150 calendar days (5 months). This requirement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms. All responsible offerors may submit an offer that will be considered by this agency. The NAICS code is 332311 and the size standard i s 500 employees.
