Description: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 600 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008-1098. The contractor shall provide engineering, product assurance, documenta tion, configuration, data management, field support and logistics services in support of the HAWK Video Tracking Group Radar (VTGR), Tracking Adjunct System (TAS) and related items, inclusive of Field Maintenance Equipment (FME) for both the standard HAWK TAS (CCD and Vidicon) and Advanced Infrared TAS (AIRTAS). A solicitation will be issued on or about August 25, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. See Numbered Note 22.
