Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-06-T-0194 This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effec t through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 339112. This requirement is unrestricted. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia, has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001: SPERMALITE SQA-V, Version 2.43 Sperm Analyzer; measurement compartment with 2 LEDs for motility and spectrophotometry channels and 2 photo detectors  Motility and Optical density. Visualization Compartment with white LED illu mination system; CCD, 330 TV lines; Objective: standard x20; signal output: PAL standard; Zoom system for smooth magnification transition between x300 and x500 and a focus regulator. Display: operational backlight LCD (16 lines x 40 characters) and video backlight LCD (8 x 10 cm). Must have a built-in Dot Matrix printer. Must be able to produce rapid and reliable semen analysis in less than 75 seconds. Must be able to accommodate fresh, frozen or treated semen. Must provide 2 copies of the Operators M anual to include schematics. Must come with a minimum one-year warranty; UNIT PRICE: $__________, TOTAL CLIN $__________.
