Description

The Bureau of Land Management Taos Field Office through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement for Pinyon-Juniper woodland restoration services and density management under the Stewardship Contracting authority of Public Law 108-7, Section 323. There are four units within the project site. Unit 1 consists of 41.7 acres with a potential yield of 219.2 ccf of forest products. Unit 2 consists of 11.5 acres with a potential yield of 57.6 ccf of forest products. Unit 3 consists of 19.7 acres with a potential yield of 99.1 ccf of forest products. And Unit 4 consists of 29.1 acres with a potential yield of 118.3 ccf of forest products. Multiple awards may be made if deemed to be in the best interest of the government. Contractor shall furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the work required. NOTE: All merchantable materials to be removed will be purchased from the Government and paid for at the total offer values through either application of Conservation Credits earned or cash deposit. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability and approach to meet the government need; price; past performance; utilization of small and local business concerns including hiring of local employees; and small business program participation and certification such as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, 8a, small disadvantaged business, HUBZone, woman-owned, etc.. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
