Description: THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE, SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AND DOWNLOAD AFTER AUGUST 28, 2006. Installation of a complete septic system and drain field starting from the collection of backwash water located inside the utility building. Septic tank and drain field will be located at 200 feet or more distance from well head located inside utility building and must comply with all ADEC regulations. This project consists of all the work required for the Septic system starting from the building including, but not limited to, tree removal, excavation and grading, tank fabrication, tank and drain field piping, heat trace installation, backfill, and surface restoration. Work also includes connecting the existing Garage/Utility Building to the new septic tank. The termination kit must be installed at the end by the drain field and terminate inside utility building for future hook up to a separate building yet to be constructed. Specifications for tank installation will be provided with the solicitation.
