Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS). NIBS is the only responsible source that can meet the Access Board?s needs for involving the building and construction industry through presentations and a workshop to work towards the development of design and construction guidelines relating to the indoor environment that will address the building related access needs of individuals with multiple chemical sensitivities and electromagnetic sensitivities. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt-Administrative Resource Center will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 08/25/2006 by 2:00 P.M. EDT. Affirmative responses shall reference ABA-02010-06-089 and shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required services at terms more advantageous to the Government. Requests for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, an order will be issued to: the National Institute of Building Sciences, 1090 Vermont Ave, NW Suite 700, Washington DC 20005.
