Description

The 115 Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes for a heavy duty auto/truck service hoist, to be delivered to the Wisconsin Air National Guard, Truax Field, Madison WI 53704. Funds are presently not available for this project see clause 52.232-18, Availab ility of Funds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition. Issued as a Request for Quotation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued . The NAICS code is 423120 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 5013 applies to the procurement. The contractor shall provide the following items OR EQUAL; the Mohawk specification is used as a baseline only; all OR EQUALS will be conside red, final approval concerning OR EQUAL will be made by the Contracting Officer; CLIN 0001 - Mohawk model Tr-75 x 30 Heavy Duty four post hoist rated for 75,000 pounds. CLIN 0002: Non-ETL lighting package with outlets (30 tracks). CLIN 0003: RJ-50 50 ,000 pound capacity electric/hydraulic jacking beam. CLIN 0004: Track airline option. CLIN 0005: Rolling oil pan  25 gallon capacity. CLIN 0006: One set of 4 x 4 base plates (set consist of four plates). CLIN 0007: Contractor installation. The offe ror shall include descriptive literature such as specifications, brochures or other manufacturing information that fully describes the item being offered. The item is to be delivered FOB Destination within 60 days ARO to the following address: 115 Transpo rtation Flight, 3110 Mitchell Street, Building 1000, Madison WI 53704. The following provisions are included in this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, Commercial (Jan 2004). The Government will make an award to the res ponsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price. Offerors shall include with their quotes a completed signed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jan 2004).
