Description

The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to supply Bench Stock items. The solicitation is W912JV-06-T-0004 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by September 5, 2006, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ wil l result in a Requirements contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to Brandy.Kloock@ng.army.mil. 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 The supplier shall furnish the following supplies if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 1 October 2006 Through 30 September 2011. 1.2 Scope of work A. Supplier is responsible for stocking the items at Oregon National Guard and maintaining stock levels per contractual agreement. B. In the event of a zero bin, Supplier will be notified of requestor, contact information, part number, and description. Supplier will deliver zero bin part to appropriate stocking location at Oregon National Guard and at appropriate stocking level wit hin one (1) day of original request. Back-orders will not be acceptable on contract items. Seller will notify Buyer immediately concerning items on back-order. C. Supplier agrees to support Oregon National Guard 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for zero bins at no charge to Oregon National Guard. D. Supplier will provide emergency contact list to Buyer for communication 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. E. Supplier shall provide training to Buyers technicians, as necessary, in the proper selection of components. F. Supplier agrees to train one additional support personnel for continued coverage of vacations, sick leave or other absences. G. Supplier agrees to maintain at Suppliers facility a minimum inventory level at no charge to Oregon National Guard and no purchase liability. H. Seller agrees to consistently maintain the stocking locations in a neat and orderly fashion and will ensure that the Vidmars or Bins are properly labeled. I. Seller will perform appropriate de-trashing, recycling and or re-use of packaging materials. J. Supplier will be responsible for all transportation charges required for all contracted items. K. Returns-Supplier agrees to provide credit, with no restocking charge, to Buyer for unused items, provided such items are in re-saleable condition and returned to Suppliers facility. Obsolete, custom, and specially manufactured items are exempt from t his clause. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 30, 2006 at the OSMS Facilities located at Camp Withycombe, Bldg #6480, 10101 SE Clackamas Road, Clackamas, OR 97015-9150 The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability.
