Description: The USDA, National Information Technology Center (NITC), intends to award a Purchase Order to a reseller of Open Connect?s WebConnect software. The period of performance shall be one base year with 12 months maintenance/support of the software solution. USDA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with a reseller of WebConnect software. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1), Justification: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
