Description

Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to paint and lead abate historic buildings at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Work involves the removal of hazardous lead based material and painting ten (10) historic structures with EcoBond paint. Cost Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS Code is 238320 and the size standard is $13.0 Million. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) ONLY. Bid documents will be available on or about August 25, 2006. Bid opening is September 21, 2006, at 3:30 PM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, Mountain Home, TN.
