Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Medquist Transcriptions LTD, located at 5430 Metric Place, Ste 200, Norcross, GA 30092 to purchase the following maintenance: 0001 - Voicewriter 2400 R/B 421-1016 S/N 42103534, for 12 months; 0002 - Voicewriter Telephone Interface S/N 1572044 & S/N 1572081 (2 EA), for 12 months; 0003 - Voicewriter EX ST S/B 123-1413, S/N 109792, & S/N 109794 (2 EA), for 12 months; 0004 - Voicewriter VE Datamic 6mm S/N 30163, S/N 30652, S/N 30653, S/N 30655 (4 EA) for 12 months; 0005 - Digital Channel Select Cabinet S/N 1002366, for 12 months; 0006 - CQUENCE Transcription NP SQL70, S/N 10840133, for 12 months; 0007 - CQUENCE Print Server Network, S/N 10910144, for 12 months; 0008 - CQUENCE Transcription User LIC, Serial 10813561 (2 EA), for 12 months; 0009 - Voicewriter EX III Station W/BL Serial 7288, 7289, 7591, 7592; for 12 months; 0010 - VW Laser Scanner IV Serial W-12-03890, W-12-03897, W-12-04131, W-12-06539, for 12 months; This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide this maintenance, they must respond to this notice before 4:00 pm (central time) on 25 August 2006.
