Description: The purpose of this contract modification is to extend the existing Mechanical\Electrical IDIQ for Robins AFB through December 31, 2006, which is the anticipated award date for the follow-on IDIQ contract. This extension from Sep 06, 2006 through Dec 31, 2006 is valued at $1.5 M. This modification is necessary to ensure contract coverage to meet urgent mechanical and electrical repair and construction requirements that impact mission, life-safety, and quality of life issues at Robins AFB. Speed of project execution is critical. This modification will be issued on sole-source basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and Numbered Note 22 to: Pruett Air Conditioning Company, Eastman, GA 31023.
