Description

The purpose of this Mobile Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) Kit is to provide a realistic and challenging deployable Urban Operations Training Area not currently available in the Joint Multination Training Center facility located in Hohenf els Germany. The facility should be of MILVAN construction with easily replaceable components designed to endure harsh training and weather conditions. This facility is necessary to add the required complexity to the ongoing training events and should be capable of containing 5.56mm and 9mm UTM and Simunitions ammunition. The compound will enhance future rotational blank, and UTM/Simunition maneuver training and provide a realistically designed urban component wherever it is placed. The US Government ha s determined that the 40 containers manufactured by Allied Container meets its basic requirements and will be the Brand Name or equal base standard.
