Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/ SOURCES SOUGHT - The George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (GCMC), Procurement Division, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, is seeking INDUSTRY INPUT to be considered for the attached DRAFT Performance W ork Statement (PWS) as GCMC begins to develop an integrated acquisition approach to solicit for full dining hall food service operations at the Marshall Center. The acquisition is for a base plus 4 option years commencing on or about 01 January 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722310, Standard Industrial Classificaiton Code (SIC) 5812 and size standard of $19M. Government is considering an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract that provides best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The dining hall solicitation DRAFT performance work statement (PWS), is included as an attachment to this synopsis. All questions, comments, and suggestions regarding the PWS must be submitted in writing via e-mail to rennera@marshallcenter.org NO LATER T HAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS, SEPTEMBER 08, 2006. Note that the PWS is a DRAFT copy and is subject to change. Government responses to these questions will be posted on FBO. This is synopsis is informational and for planning purposes only. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be issued at this time. The government shall not reimburse respondents for any cost or expenses incurred by interested parties responding to this request.
