Description
This is a Sources Sought notice in support of market research. It is not a solicitation announcement. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make better informed and appropriate acquisition decisions. The Contractor shall maintain automated Personnel and Information Management systems perform Personnel Accounting, process Personnel, Provide Administrative and Soldier Readiness Process Support, Provide Casualty Management, and Transition/Separation/Retir ement Support, including policies, plans, standards and procedures. Services will include updating and monitoring personnel information systems, including EMILPO, ATRRS, TOPMIS, EDAS, DARTS and DEERS; Provide functional systems administration/configuration /operation; Provide automation hardware/software maintenance; Review/validate/reconcile AAA-162 Reports; Review/validate Personnel Asset Inventory; Design/prepare/distribute various ad-hoc reports; Update Military Personnel Records; Process ID/CAC Cards; A nalyze/manage personnel readiness. Services will be performed at the Adjutant General Directorate, located Fort Lee, VA. The purpose of this synopsis is to determine the commercial aspects if the requirements; to determine the market capability; and to g ain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 561110, Office Administrative Services (size standard of $6.5 million). Responses from business firms should include a statement of whether these services can be procured commercially in accordance with FAR 12 and capability statement. Small business firms responding should also include the f ollowing information: size of company (i.e. 8(a), HubZone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, SDB, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, all others.); number of employees, revenue for the past three (3) years; relevant past performance on same/similar work for th e past three (3) years, and your companys capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the functional area expertise and experie nce to successfully compete for the acquisition.
