- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consti tutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 effective 04 Aug 2006 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 Edition current to DCN20060814. . It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 5 31190 and the size standard is $19.0 Mil. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors may register on line at https://www.bpn.gov/CC R/scripts/index.html. Office Space Requirement in Tampa, Florida. Yuma Proving Ground desires to lease approximately 1,600 usable square feet in Tampa, Florida. Additional requirements include conference center, on-site parking, secured access, after-hours access and facility maintenance. Must be located within walking distance of Tampa Convention Center. Space must meet the Federal Governments standards for fire and like safety, be fully ADA accessible. The rental term will be 1 year with 2 one-year optio ns. If space is located on the upper floor, an elevator should be provided. Building must be of sound substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office having adequate means of ingress and egress. To meet government requirements , must have the ability to be altered or constructed. The building must be fully serviced to include the following: On-Site Management, USPS, UPS, Airborne and Federal Express Drop/Drop Boxes on Site, High Speed Internet Access Available, Janitorial Serv ices. Site should also provide for on-site free parking. Public transportation should be available within five (5) blocks of the building. Delineated area for the space is downtown Tampa, Florida, located within the boundaries of North Tampa Street, South Tampa Street, E. Whiting Street, W. Whiting Street. The contractors proposal shall consist of three Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN). CLIN 0001, Base Year: Lease of office space for one year. CLIN 0002, Option I, lease for one year. CLIN 0003, Option II, lease for one year. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). All quotes shall be clearly marked with the Solicitation number W9124R-06-T-0070 and e-mailed to Jackie.Wengstrom@yuma.army.mil no later than Close of Business, Mountain Standard Time (MST), 31 August 2005, 5:00 P.M. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or information as required by 52.212-1, 52.212-3 and DFAR 252.212-7000, or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The following FAR Clauses and Provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items (Jan 2006); FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items ( Jan 1999) Paragraph (a) of 52.212-2 is completed as follows: The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the proposal will be the most advantageous to the Government based on acceptability of the lease space proposed and price.
