NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPETED. Quantity: 3000 each extended lap belts (PN 1101730-05) representing 750 assembly kits (AH-64D and AH-64A Apache Longbow Aircraft) with delivery to occur to the following schedule: 200 @ 100 days After Receipt of Order (ARO), 200 @ 130 days ARO, 200 @ 160 days ARO, and 150 @ 190 days ARO. The proposed acquisition is limited to Pacific Scien tific Company, Commercial and Government Entity, CAGE Code 45402, 1800 Highland Avenue, Duarte, CA 91010-2837 because this item must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek sour ce approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. Pacific Scientific Company is the only responsible source capable of providing th e supplies or services necessary for the manufacture of extended lap belt assembly kits for AH-64D and AH-64A Apache Longbow Aircraft. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, t he solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
