- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor is to Provide Replacement Equipment for Handar 555 DCP's currently used and which must be compatible with Hydrolab Data Sondes used for water quality collection on the Ohio River. Any brand or equipment that meets the requirements in the Sc ope of Work will be acceptable. The reference to Handar is to simply identify the type and function of the equipment we desire.
