Description: 8/21/2006 The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), The United States Fish and Wildlife Service plans to award using other than full and open competition to Santa Catalina Island Conservancy (CIC), Avalon, CA 90704. The requirement (partially funded by USFWS) is for Ventura Fish and Wildlife Office, Ventura, CA, for Ecological Study relating to Ear Tumors in the Catalina Island Fox. CIC works in concert with two other entities and possesses the established research protocols for accurate results necessary to complete this project.
