Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking qualified postsecondary education minority institutions capable of developing a framework and conducting an evaluation of OCC?s workplace conflict management and dispute resolution services. The main requirements include the ability to: 1)Evaluate current services being provided in order to support program planning and decision making to improve services; 2)Develop an evaluation framework which incorporates qualitative and quantitative measurements and evaluation tools to determine the effectiveness of OCC?s conflict management and dispute resolution program, as well as to measure success; 3)Identify ?evaluation stakeholders? who make decisions; implement results and have an interest in the outcome; 4)Determine how evaluations will be conducted; 5) Determine what tools or instruments will be used in collecting baseline information and data; 6)Interpret, analyze and report results of evaluations; 7)Provide usable recommendations to be put into action. Institutions capable of providing these services should submit a brief capability statement (1-2 pages), including the institution?s name, address, phone number, contact?s name and email address.
