Description: Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Vizuall Inc, for upgrade to an existing system for Facility Manager software, license agreement for 12 users and one-year maintenance/service agreement. The NAICS for this acquisition is 511210; the small business threshold is 100 employees. Delivery shall be made to American Forces Information Service in Alexandria VA 22314-2007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal. Delivery must be accomplished by 05 SEP 2006.
