Description

RFP# 06-JC-REG2-WDL COST PLUS INCENTIVE FEE PROCUREMENT The Department of Labor, Employment Training and Administration (ETA), Job Corps has a requirement for operating the Woodland Job Corps Center which is located Laurel, Maryland. The contractor shall operate the aforementioned Job Corps Center which includes provision of academic, vocational, social skills and career development training, and related support services for an estimated total of 300 students categorized as follows: 168 residential male students and 132 residential female students. The successful contractor will operate the Woodland Job Corps Center with the services shown above for a two year period beginning 5/1/2007 through 4/30/09. Additionally, the contract will include the Government?s right of three successive one year options. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FULL & OPEN. This procurement will be made in accordance with FAR 215-1 Alternate I which allows for oral presentations. Despite the allowance of oral presentations, written submissions will also be required. The written parts of the proposal are to be received at the Job Corps Philadelphia Regional Office at 170 S. Independence Mall West [The Curtis Center] Suite 815E, Philadelphia, PA 19106 by 3:00 p.m. LOCAL TIME on November 3, 2006. Approximate anticipated date for oral presentation is the week of January 8, 2007. RFP to be issued on or about September 7, 2006. In accordance with FAR 5.102(A) (7), availability of the RFP will be limited to downloading from the Federal Business Opportunity website.
