Description

This announcement is to amend the prior posting that was dated June 8, 2006. Government is seeking 1,500 sq. ft. of office space, including four parking spaces in Louisville, KY. LOCATION: Space must be located within an area bounded by for fronting on the following street: "Space within 3 miles on both sides of 265, between I-64 and I-65." REQUIRED: All services, supplies utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm term. The Government having cancellation priviledges after 5 years.
