- Solicitation SPM7L2-06-R-0018 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2520-01-214-2565, Shaft Assembly, Intermediate Steering in accordance with TACOM (19207) source controlled drawing # 12339896 with approved sources of supply of cage 34623 p/n 12339210-2 and cage 72447 p/n 915027 for a quantity of 1451 each, including a 50% option quantity (possible additional 726 each IF EXERCISED). NSN requires Origin Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination with production delivery of 725 each in 90 days and balance of 726 each in 120 days ADO. Destinations may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of September 11, 2006. Copies of the RFP are available at HTTP://DIBBS.DSCC.DLA.MIL/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
