Description
SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. NSN 3120-01-391-5433. Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning. An unrestricted technical data package for this NSN is available at the following DSCR website: https://ricis-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Sampling for inspection & testing applies, and a sampling plan that accepts zero defects is required. Part must be I/A/W dwg. # 13873 013915433-99347 dated 99 DEC 13. NSN is being procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. An unrestricted technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. To obtain a copy, submit request to DSCR via internet address https://ricis-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Bearing restriction: Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and/or bearing components; see restriction on acquisition of ball and roller bearings (DFARS 252.225.7016). Sampling for inspection and testing shall be I/A/W ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. Any defective item discovered after shipment may be cause for rejection of the entire contract quantity. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. FOB point is destination with I/A at destination. Estimated value of buy is $101,227.36 ($202,454.72 including 100% option quantity). Requested delivery is 140 DARO. AVBS applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Estimated solicitation issue date: August 24, 2006.
