Description: Note 22 applies. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD), intends to enter into a contract with the Deltek Corporation, the software developer and supplier of Welcom Home. This will be a follow-on task to a contract awarded to Deltek Corporation who piloted a customized software program for EFLHD. The tasks will include consulting (Technical Assistance) support for a financial accounting package (Cobra), a project portal package (Welcom Home), and a project scheduling software (Open Plan), as well as support and maintenance of the software. Award will be made subject to the availability of funds for FY07.
