- The Dayton Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 to purchase: 2 Each - Stretchair Model Number MC300P or equivalent. 4 Each - Stretchair Model Number MC675CL or equivalent. Contractor's quoting other than the Stretchair model number must include specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.     The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.     The NAICS is 423450, Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees, Product Service Code is 6530.     Solicitation number for this RFQ is VA-552-06-RQ-0025.    This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-12.        Quotation must be received by Friday, September 1, 2006.
