- THIS REQUEST HAS BEEN SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERANS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation No. FA8601-06-T-0160 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. This RFQ has four line items. Quotes are being solicited on a brand name or equal basis. 1. 1500 ea. Black Leeds Custom Manufactured Elevations Jr. Zippered Padfolio (Item 9400-06BK)with one location debossed with the Air Force Logo and the words U.S. AIR FORCE in one location on the outside of the padfolio. Debossed size approximately 3" wide x 1 1/2" High. Artwork will be provided to awardee. 2. 1500 ea. USB Flash Drives - 64MB Item 1650-01BK, Black (to include v.1.1 USB memory stick, disk driver, key ring attachment, lanyard, USB extension cable and black gift box. Plug and Play into both PC and MAC computers via USB port. Compatible with MAC OS9.X or above/Windows ME/SP and Windows 98/SE. 3. 1500 ea. Silver Gemini Pen/Pencil Sets, Leeds Item 1015-58SL laser engraved with the Air Force logo and the words U.S. AIR FORCE(to include gift box) 4. 1500 ea. PDAs, Minya Item DB8128 Palm size with telephone book, address book, e-mail/web site directory, schedule planner, to do list, memo book, metric and currency converter, PC link kit One of each item is to be packaged as a set in transparent material so that all items are visible through the packaging. A label is to be affixed to each package saying the package contains an Air Force Award for Regional Science Fair winners and lists the contents of the package. Exact wording will be provided by the Air Force to awardee. Packages will be delivered to WPAFB or Dayton, Ohio area. Address provided at time of award. Bid Price should include all freight, setup, packaging, and imprinting costs.
