- This is a Synopsis for ARPC at Buckley Annex in support of Buckley Air Force Base, CO. Required services are commercial in nature, therefore FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, parts and transportation necessary to perform service maintenance on Sharp copiers and faxes. Service includes tear down, inspect, clean, oil, and replace all worn/defective parts and repair items for 12 months starting 1 October 2006 to 30 September 2007. Maintenance to be performed during duty hours, 630-5pm, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday (except holidays). The maintenance plan includes all service calls, parts (including the drum) and all of the supplies, except paper. Maintenance is to be performed on an on-call basis for copiers and faxes. Response time is twenty-four hours or less after call is placed. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811212. The small business size standard is $23,000,000.00. Solicitation number FA2543-06-T-0020 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 28 August 2006. This solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.eps.gov with an anticipated closing date of 7 September 2006. No paper copies will be issued.
