- This is a Synopsis for back-up power supply in support of the 460th Space Communications Squadron (SCS) at Buckley Air Force Base Aurora, Colorado. Required services are commercial in nature, therefore FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. FOB is destination. Contractor will be responsible for furnishing, labor, tools, material, and transportation necessary of installation for back-up power in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, dated 3 Apr 06. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335911 and size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation number FA2543-06-T-0015 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 28 August 2006. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.eps.gov with an estimated closing date of 7 September 2006. No paper copies will be issued.
