- This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with DTECH Labs, 22876 Shaw Road, Sterling VA for the repair of DTECH Labs Modular LAN Equipment Package, model MEP-6005C. The 6th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order for delivery under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The equipment requiring repair is propietary to DTECH Labs and only certified personnel/employees are authorized to perform maintenance on equipment. DTECH is the designer and manufacturer of the above referenced equipment. This equipment was designed specifically for USCENTCOM and there are no other sources for repair or purchase ofthsi equipment. The system design is patented by DTECH Labs. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Macdill AFB, FL. NAICS Code is 334290 and small business size standard is 750 Employees. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.204-7,52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33,52.233-3, 52.247-34, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001, 252.232-7003, 252.247-7024 and provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
