- Elmendorf AFB, Alaska has a requirement for services in support of U.S. Air Force voluntary off-duty education programs to include providing academic advisement, information and guidance plus preparation of documents assciated with the services provided. The period of performance will be Oct 1, 2006 through Sept 30, 2007 (base year) with intent to include two option years. The NAICS code is 611710, size standard $6,000,000. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The RFQ will be issued on or about 28 August 2006 with a closing date on or about 10 Sept 06. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that a paper solicitation will not be issued, and all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on the EPS. It is recommended that all interested sources register for this solicitation through the EPS to ensure they automatically receive all updated documents to this requirement as they are posted.
