Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is W9124J-06-T-0109. This acquisition announcement is provided for informational purposes only and constitutes the only solicitation. The NAICS Code is 337215. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region Contracting Center  West, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) to MBA Design & Display Products, Corpora tion, a small business, for the following: Mila Wall Components, to include wall modules, door modules, curved modules, connection hardware, accessories, tools, crating, and shipping and handling. Remarks: (1) Vendor must be registered in the Central Co ntractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov to receive award.
