- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F7H4MD6219A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Item requested is the TSI Portacount Plus Universal System Model 8028. Quantity requested is one. This system consists of a Portacount Plus Model 8020 and an N-95-Companion Model 8095 together as one item, sampling adapters f or select respirator model , carrying case, AC adapter, alcohol supply.
